Portable Laser Marking Systems
NextKey Srl offers a complete range of portable laser marking systems available with 20W, 30W, 50W and 100W laser sources, designed to meet different industrial marking requirements. The systems are available with marking areas of 50x50 mm or 100x100 mm, providing maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications.
Specifications
Equipped with a Linux operating system, our portable laser markers ensure secure data management and reliable file exchange via USB. The intuitive user interface is available in Italian and English, allowing operators to easily create markings directly from the integrated touchscreen display or import existing files in the most common graphic formats, including BMP, DXF, HPGL, JPEG and PLT. The system can be connected directly to a standard 220V power supply. Thanks to its optimized design, power consumption is extremely low, ranging from 200W to 250W depending on the selected laser power (20W, 30W, 50W or 100W).
Compact Design and Maximum Portability
Designed for maximum mobility and ease of use, our portable laser marker features an ergonomic aluminum body with compact dimensions of only 310 x 206 x 307 mm. The lightweight design allows easy transport and installation, with a weight of approximately 9 kg for the standard version and 9.8 kg for the battery-powered version.
Optional Battery Version and Accessories
For applications requiring complete freedom of movement, NextKey provides a battery-powered version, allowing laser marking operations without the limitation of a power cable.
The systems can also be equipped with a stand holder, which transforms the portable laser marker into a stable workstation solution, combining the advantages of mobility with the convenience of a fixed laser marking system.
