Our organization provides a wide range of services in steel structures trading in EU, we sell you metal structures and components manufactured in Italy or in Eastern Europe by tested and verified suppliers.
We very often introduce directly, the buyer to the manufacturer, and in this case we become a consultant for the buyer and we take care of the quality control and the production progress, in order to avoid delays and manufacturing problems.
Steel Towers
We sell steel tower for wind turbines, the company is capable to produce steel towers for small and medium aerogenerators, up to 900 kw. Towers are built by using plasma cutting, sheet metal roller and Submerged arc welding. Our quality control system is certified as compliant to UNI EN ISO 1090 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2 for the welding process. Our towers are inspected by a qualified external company with
radiographic and ultrasonic test.
We work for many wind turbine manufacturers in Europe, the main market is in Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Netherland, Spain, Denmark and the United Kingdom.
Photovoltaic
Our European network includes specialized metalworking companies able to produce steel elements hot-dip galvanized.
The steel elements are manfuactured using machinery such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, plates and profiles rolls, pressbrakes, manual and robot welding.
To ensure a high-quality standard in sector, our suppliers have obtained both the UNI EN 1090 certification and the UNI EN 3834-2 for welding process.
These metal elements are used in the sector of photovoltaic panels and in the construction of greenhouses or steel shelters.
Historically this type of work has very low profit margins, so we are able to produce this type of steel structures in Eastern Europe where the production cost is far lower than the Italian one.
Hydroelectric
NextKey has developed a strategic partnership in the hydroelectric sector for 3 types of products: sluice gates, hydraulic valves and turbines and finally steel structures such as frames or pipes.
We can supply high quality steel components manufactured in the North of Italy by specialized companies, and less Important components manufactured in Eastern Europe, nevertheless under the strict supervision of our Italian specialized technicians.
